PSYC 290 Approval Form

Submit this form after you have received permission to be a research assistant.

1. You fill out the electronic form, including NETID of faculty and/or graduate student.
2. Form is sent to laboratory for their approval.
3. You will receive enrollment instructions from the Psychology Advising Office.

NOTE: After the 10th day of the semester, students will fill out additional paperwork. Submit the form regardless of date.
