The LAS Staff Awards recognizes outstanding staff members for their contributions to the college. Nominees must demonstrate excellence in work performance, promote positive morale, maintain efforts to improve self as well as to develop and recognize others, exhibit initiative and creativity that improves the unit or the college as a whole, and enhance the image of the department and/or college. The most competitive candidates exhibit distinctive achievement in all these areas.
