This year thirty-six Psychology alumni came back to campus on Monday, February 24, 2014 to offer students insight on how a degree in Psychology can prepare them for a future career. Four of the alumni, Bradley Axelrod, Courtney bishop, Carrie Fisher, and Nicole Shields participated in a panel discussion from 4-5:00pm in Room 142, Psychology Building. The alumni shared information about their career paths and experiences followed by a question and answer session. Students had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with alumni from 5-6:30pm in the Psychology Atrium. The event is special for the students as well as the participating alumni. If you are interested in participating in the department's 2015 event, contact Cheryl Berger, Assistant Head for Alumni Relations at (217) 333-3429 or cberger@illinois.edu.
